Our Health Insurance Policy

The doctors at ChiroFunction have chosen not to participate in the current insurance model of health care. Consequently, we do not bill insurance companies directly for patient care. We are a “cash-pay” health care facility; and as such, payment is due at the time services are rendered. We do, however, understand that you, as a consumer, would like to use the insurance you have subscribed to. Therefore, we are happy to provide you with an insurance claim form containing the necessary insurance information including your diagnosis and procedure codes. This form can be submitted to your insurance company for application towards your annual deductible or for reimbursement, depending on your coverage.

Payments may be made by: Cash, check, debit card, health savings accounts, and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.) Additionally, a growing number of individuals are choosing to use Care Credit for their health care costs. We are positioned to set up and accept payment from Care Credit should this arrangement suit your financial needs.
